Twin City Service
Company is a family-owned and operated
business, serving Southwest Washington
and Northwest Oregon since 1996. Joel
Leininger, our head technician,
graduated from Yakima’s J.M. Perry
Technical Institute in 1985 with a
two-year certificate in heating,
ventilation, air conditioning and
refrigeration (HVAC/R). Malcum
McFarland, our service manager,
graduated from Arizona’s Universal
Technical Institute with an 18-month
certificate in HVAC/R in 1992. Before
coming to Twin City Service, both were
previously employed by Four Seasons
Heating and Cooling in Kelso. Between
them, they have over 30 years experience
in heating, cooling and commercial
refrigeration.
