and air conditioning products. Rheem air
conditioners include the scroll
compressor, which is quieter and has
fewer moving parts than competitor's
reciprocating compressors.

Maintenance To improve your
comfort and extend the life of your
equipment, most manufacturers recommend
that heating/air conditioning equipment
be serviced once a year by a qualified
technician. During a maintenance
service, our trained technician will
check filters and coils; test all
electric heat controls and elements;
check electric connections, high and low
voltage; check heat pump compressor,
freon, contactor, defrost, reversing
valve and thermostat, and oil motors
where applicable.
